Changes to your stay dates are possible for direct bookings with flexible cancellation option subject to availability. If you booked through a travel portal, e.g. Booking.com, we kindly ask you to make the changes directly there.

Free cancellations are possible here if you have booked a trip directly with us that includes a free cancellation option. Please note: Non-refundable rates as well as bookings through third parties (e.g. Booking.com) cannot be processed this way.

Please let us know the names of the arriving guests. If you would like to register additional persons in already booked rooms, you can also do so here. The reservation team will contact you in this case.
