I have a direct booking at the hotel - how does payment work?

Your trip is due for payment after the free cancellation period expires. You will receive an email from us with many online payment options.

Payment methods: Mastercard, Visa, Klarna, PayPal

I have a booking through third-party providers such as Booking.com, Check24, or Secret Escapes and have questions about payment.

If you made your payment directly to a booking provider, e.g., Booking.com, we unfortunately cannot assist you directly at the hotel. Please contact the customer service of your chosen provider directly.

I do not want to use online payment,
but prefer to pay by bank transfer.

You are welcome to pay for your trip by bank transfer. Please provide us with the following information, and you will receive our bank details by email.

Please note: With online payment, your payment is processed immediately and a confirmation is sent. If you pay by “traditional” bank transfer, processing takes a few days longer. During this time, you may continue to receive payment reminders by email. We would therefore be very grateful if you would choose the online payment option mentioned above 🙂

After your confirmation, we will send you our bank transfer details by e-mail. Please note that a bank transfer takes a little longer than direct online payment. Therefore, you may receive automated payment reminders in the meantime. In this case, you can simply ignore them.
