André Steiger joined the team in 2014 and is THE head of F&B in all our hotels.
After his classical training at Dresden Hotel School he studied Business Administration and got his Master Degree in 2021.
Before joining the STEIGER hotel team, he used to work at the famous KASTENMEIERS Gourmet Restaurant Dresden.
Andre´s signature dishes are vegan-veggie dishes. He is very proud of his own sour-dough bread!
